Returns & Shipping
ORDER LEAD TIME
All orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped that day provided it is in stock. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday unless Saturday delivery is specified. Saturday delivery will incur an extra charge. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.

SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via overnight or second day air. Shipping fees apply to orders up to $999. 2nd day air is $15 and overnight is $20. Orders over $1000 are shipped free of charge. For international orders additional shipping fees may apply. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Jay Feder Jewelers is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Jay Feder Jewelers is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by calling us at (561) 571-3050 or by emailing sales@jayfeder.com.
Merchandise will be accepted for exchange, store credit or refund only when accompanied by receipt or gift enclosure, all boxes, paperwork, laboratory reports, warranty certificates, and associated component parts.
Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original purchaser in the form of the method of payment received within 10 days of purchase. Please allow 20 days for refunds in the form of a check.
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Items which have been worn, sized, engraved, or otherwise altered, any special order or custom designed items, sold at reduced pricing as Final Sale items may only be returned or exchanged at Jay Feder discretion.
