What if I have questions about the product before I order? 

No problem! We understand that jewelry buying can be a bit nerve wracking online, and we welcome you to call us in either Boca or Denver or email us at sales@jayfeder.com with any questions or concerns.

Do you have a shipping deadline?

All orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 24 hours provided it is in stock. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday unless Saturday delivery is specified.  Saturday delivery will incur an extra charge.  Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are obligated to charge appropriate sales tax for any purchases made and delivered in Florida and Colorado where we have retail locations. Shipping to any other locations however, is free from sales tax. Please feel free to contact us for any additional information.

Can I have my item gift wrapped?

Of course! Please let us know in the notes section at checkout if you'd like your item to be gift wrapped.
